Cualquier cambio en el alcance acordado se documentará en una Solicitud de Cambio (CR). J4SGON proporcionará una evaluación de impacto por escrito (cronograma y coste) en un máximo de 3 días hábiles. Ningún cambio se implementará sin aprobación escrita de ambas partes.

9.5 Ley Aplicable

Este acuerdo se rige por la legislación española. Cualquier controversia se someterá primero a mediación de buena fe; si no se resuelve en 30 días, se remitirá a los Juzgados y Tribunales de Valencia.

9.6 Limitación de Responsabilidad

La responsabilidad total de J4SGON no excederá el total de honorarios abonados por el cliente en los 3 meses precedentes.
