Who you work with
Jacobo González Jaspe runs J4SGON S.L. from Valencia and does the work himself — there is no account manager between you and the person configuring your tenant.
He spent four years at Docebo, from first-line technical support to leading the European support team: the tickets where SAML metadata was wrong, the certificate expired the day before the demo, and the HRIS sync broke in a way no diagram predicted. Today he works as Technical Deployment Manager on Docebo implementations and builds the migration engine this practice deploys with.
